No leaks while we were there. Deck is slippery upon entrance to the cabin. *Make sure you come on high tide or you won’t make it in (especially if your not in a skiff)* Cabin was well maintained on the inside. Plenty of firewood. Excellent get away!

There are 3 serious needs. Roof is rotting above door. In rain storm water running down inside corner SE side cabin. Second, chicken wire or other material is needed on outside deck. It is seriously slippery. Entrance sign support there. Sign gone.
