I would suggest rewriting the description of the cabin and experience. It makes sense after you are there but the information online gave us a different expectations. It is one step up from primitive camping. There is a gas stove and some electricity available. There is no hot water and no shower. There is a place to use a solar shower bladder if you have one. It is a pit toilet outside of the cabin about 20 yards in the dark. I guess I am glad we got a space at all and if you are primitive campers you will be happy. If you are expecting anything more than primitive you will be sad. For us we should have made other reservations as this was expensive for nothing of value for us. It is remote and a decent location but not worth the money for us. Ymmv Grand canyon is a must see so no regrets just wish we had done it differently.

The Hull Cabin was a fantastic place for our family of 4 to stay. We stayed 3 nights total and found it to be an excellent base camp for exploring daily destinations on the south rim. Despite being a bit rustic, it had everything we needed including beds, running water in the kitchen, and a fridge. The wooded surroundings were perfect for some hot summer days, but still open enough to see the stars at night. Highly recommend!
