Amazing place. My daughter and I stayed for a couple nights. Didn't see any mice. We did clean up a half dozen dried up slamanders that didn't fair so well once they snuck in. Oh, and it's seed bug season, so lots of those. Fun little side quest though lol. You feel like you're out there all by yourself because of how the cabin is situated. I only saw a couple of folks wander by all weekend. TONS of firewood and plenty of gas for the built in lanterns. Water was still on when we were there. Check with the ranger station to see. Gets pretty dark in there even with the lanterns lit, so bring lighting. Mattresses are just camp pads, so I doubled them up and slept pretty good. Will stay again.

This cabin is awesome. We have been renting this annually as a family for several years. It's fantastic. This year, the only down side was the number of mice. Lots of them. Sometimes we would be sitting in the living room in the evening and could see 3 at a time. We could usually see one at any given time. It'd be great to get some traps out because the mice are everywhere. But man, this is a cool place. Thanks for allowing us to rent it!

Best deck view ever! We had a super great time at a beautiful area. The biggest issue was mice, we killed 17 in traps. Like a lot of these cabins, there is space under doors, I really wish they would go in and add weather stripping to the bottom of doors so mice can't come in so easily.
