After several years they finally replaced the broken camp table!!! yay!! This year saw a guitar, new cabinet and removal of the old firewood box creating more space. Road up is easy car should be able to make it. Had some strong winds blow through so had to cut some blowdown to get out. Views are spectacular!! Fire wood plentiful, stove works great! Trail to follow for a s long as you want. Didn't have any obtriusive or unwanted visitors on a weekend in June, overly friendly ground squirrels, no rodents. Very comfortable stay! Reading the log books is the best!

This was our favorite lookout experience so far. The road up was great, good directions and easy access, behind a locked gate which I appreciated as a single mom up with my kids. It was super well equipped with pots, pans, percolator coffee maker, coffee cups, and more. Loved having the propane stove and cooktop and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Views were amazing. Huckleberry picking was perfection. Outhouse was nice. Zero complaints, would absolutely go back to this one!
