The facility was lovely. Quiet, clean, and pretty well stocked with two-ply paper upon our arrival. However. No one cleaned the restrooms the entire three night stay. Also, the campground has no signage to indicate it is reservation only, group site. Every time the gate was open (we had to keep it closed but unlocked the whole weekend) randos would drive in looking for a place to setup. They were generally understanding of the group reservation deal. But, given it was Memorial Day Weekend, every time the gate was left open, someone(s) would drive in. Aside from that, the campground is very quiet before the highway 242 snow gates are opened. Very little motor vehicle traffic. Lots of quiet cyclists. A few of the camp sites are large enough for group campfire time (8 and 12). Overall, a sweet deal for the price.
