Everything I need! Nobody but my family, fire pit warm yurt with beds and an excellent view.

The yurt is a really nice secluded mountain area. While the yurt has some repairs that are needed, and the previous campers did not clean up after themselves, it is an amazing location and I highly recommend the experience.

We only got to stay for one night bc of a fire on Grizzly Ridge. The yurt is due for some updates...the floor is old and a few of the deck boards around the yurt are broken and could be a tripping hazard when carrying your stuff into the yurt. The outhouse is just that. I would not call it a vaulted toilet. It is made of wood and has been used a lot and in the heat of July the smell is enough to bring you to tears and it is gross bc being made of wood...the many misses over the years are evident. We loved the seclusion of the yurt, the view is fabulous! If you come in the hotter months, brace yourself. The yurt is HOT...think sweat lodge! And the bugs are not your town bugs. These jokers practically smoke cigars and might even play a round of uno with you. We were delighted to see hummingbirds and drink our coffee on the deck in the morning. We do wish it had an outdoor picnic table since the yurt gets so hot. We rented a boat at flaming gorge from Cedar Springs Marina. If you can afford to do so, it is a must! The water was refreshing and the views were incredible. We drove from NE Wyoming, and I am not sure if we will make it back. Too far with gear and dogs. But we aren't sorry we came and would recommend it. :)
