The camp hosts were just amazing. The campground however, has gone down hill in the last 10 years. We told the cleaning crew the outhouse at the boat ramp needed to be pumped out. It is about 12 inches from being full. They posted a sign saying it was closed due to being full. Two park rangers looked inside and removed the sign. It will become a health hazard soon. There are no outdoor showers to wash off after swimming. The area is well known for "swimmers itch". Three years or so ago there was a shower to wash off. It was turned off then removed. The park service needs to pay more attention to the material condition of the parks before no one visits them anymore.
