We had a wonderful time!! It rained NONSTOP the entire time we were there. The cabin stayed dry and so toasty warm with the heaters running. We unfortunately did not get to see the mountain view because of the weather (it was so very foggy), but we still enjoyed some wet hikes at the campground at the base of the mountain, and had a wonderful time together! We hung a tarp from the cabin porch to the trees, which allowed us to enjoy a campfire even though it was raining. When we got too cold or wet, we stepped i9nside the cabin to dry off and warm up. It was a great spot for our first camping trip of the season!

A perfect spot to spend my birthday as I headed north from NRG. The cabin and outhouse were clean. There was ample firewood along with a saw and hatchet. The vista could use some tree trimming, but was still great. The heat was appreciated given the cool night. Great experience!
