We were very disappointed in our state. We have been going to stay at Jack Creek Quarters for years. We have never had any problems. This trip we had no hot water for three days. The power also went out for two days. The stove and the refrigerator on the right side of the kitchen were both not working. The grill outside was filled with charcoal ash, and we could barely use it. We have always had hot water and we have never had a power go out. The pump was on every day between the hours of 11 and 2. We ran it even when the the host were not there but we still had two mornings with no electricity.

On arrival, we learned that the well pump has to be run manually for at least an hour between 11 am and 2 pm. Therefore, we had to drive back to the cabin during the middle of each day, and couldn't hike & go on scenic drives during the day as planned. Also, there was no heat, although it didn't get very cold while we were there.

We had to deep clean the cabin before family arrived about 3 hours! Food n trash was left in the cabin and bathroom/shower was not clean. Camp host not seen all week !! Great facility just need people to clean before leaving and camp host should be walking the facilities
