Always love Ponderosa!!

This is a gorgeous site that feels secluded while being a mere seven minutes from Kamas. The site host, Duncan, was super friendly and helpful! The only drawback to Ponderosa is how booked it is! We'll be keeping on eye on it for another stay ASAP!

We always choose this campground for its privacy. It is close to fishing, side by side trails, and the store in you forget anything. The road going in the site has became a little rough thru the years.

we had to call someone to open gate.they were not aware of our reservation. it is a perfect family camp site. i would recommend t to any large family.

We love this campground and will be back. There are a couple things that need updating for the price that is paid for the site. The vaulted toilet was to be service every day and it was not. The newer metal picnic tables are falling apart and need to be repaired. It doesnt seem like a lot but these are really the only 2 things provided for the campsite so 100% not taken care of . I hope for our next adventure these are taken care of.
