Turner lake is beautiful! Although the cabin didn’t have any close trails to go to, it was still enjoyable. I will say, if you want to have fires you need to bring dry wood. Everything there is wet! It’s a rain forest. I think if I go to turner again I’d go to the west cabin. There’s more to see over there. Overall it was a great experience

Be prepared for an overwhelming amount of mosquitoes and biting flies

Cabin was clean and most importantly kept most the mosquitos out! It was hard to find wood and was very wet to get a fire started. The fuel for the heater was full yet a small leak was noted and needs to be fixed. The scenery is stunning and oars for the boat work well. Would need to bring a small motor to really explore the lake. We fished but did not caught any.
