It was perfect get away spot with cross country skiing and snow shoeing everywhere.

Girls weekend to get in some nordic skiing. So great that everyone had their own room. The room by the living room had the CO dector go off, probably doesn't have enough airflow without a window open. We had the wood stove going and the occupant had her propane light on as well. We were so impressed by the cleanliness, the quality of furniture and the new floors are beautiful. Lots of good quality wood available. The kitchen was well stocked. Would be nice to have a better stock of cleaning supplies, especially swiffer refills. Using a string mop that never really dries is kind of gross. We did see one mouse which we caught with a trap-not unexpected. It was a wonderful couple days.

There were mud puddles the size of swimming pools in the road & Polebridge bakery was closed, but we loved our time at Ben Rover. We have driven past many times & finally got to stay. What a cute & cozy cabin. Plenty of firewood was provided for the wood stove, the furniture was comfy, & the cabin was clean. We sat on the bench outside & listened to the river, we went snow showing several times, & we did a puzzle.

Cabin was well stocked with the items we needed.We brought up some ceramic coffee mugs and glasses to leave there to add to the assortment of dishes.
