The cabin was clean and ready for our use. We did find that a lack of a good 5 gal container to carry water made for many trips to the water pump with smaller pots. Also, there was only one trash bag in the cleaning closet. Overall our experience was good though with no real problems to deal with. Will try to do this again next year.

My granddaughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was warm and comfortable, and we enjoyed listening to the birds.

So much room! The views were peaceful, and despite being RIGHT on the highway, the cabin still feels very secluded as it is down a steep bank off the road. Just something to note if you bring doggos or small kids - the road is close. Cozy, comfortable, warm, appliances worked well, fire pit and benches were close, the shed had a maul (that I forgot) for splitting wood, and we all had a blast. I was glad I brought: Lots of drinking water (there is a well pump for washing dishes), toilet paper, and trash bags (there is a bin, but no extra bags), sheets and pillows for the beds, first aid kit (there is one provided, but I'm still glad we had ours). I didn't need it (but brought it and hope to save you the time) because it was supplied: A coffee press, pots and pans, knives, utensils, plates/bowls/cups, sponges/soap for dishes
