Perfect size cabin for 2 😊 The trail to the waterfalls was un-findable- lots of down trees, but we paddle boarded over to the falls and had curious friends (harbor seals & porpoises) creep close to us. Mid June- sand flies, mosquitos, & no seeums were out but manageable. I hope you can enjoy the beautiful space and scenery as much as we did. Truly refreshing and a great reset.

Great cabin! Lovely view of lions head. Small enough for the little oil stove to keep warm. Lots of stuff around to explore. If you've been to other public use cabins around Juneau this is on the smaller side. Sleeping 6 in here would be tight.

We had a great time and enjoyed the beach area. We really appreciated having the mooring buoy there for easy boat access.

If you're coming up in early spring, it's not a bad idea to bring a snow shovel, just in case.
