No water, so it's dusty but the stream nearby is a nice perk.

Don’t know why I have to have the signed contract if no one is there to check it. I suppose it’s for just in case there is a problem. Are the electric lights supposed to work? Didn’t need them just seemed like they would but they didn’t.
