Very nice cabin but it's in a complete burn zone. Forest all around the place is just charred. Road is pretty treacherous with the many burnt trees that are strewn about due to unpredictable winds- the road might be clear, or you might be trying to drag off burnt logs. As someone who has intimately lived with Northern California wildfires, I can tell you with some authority to give it a few years; that this place will again be pleasant by 2028-2029 or so. Until then, you should strongly consider going somewhere else.
