It was perfect for our large group. Lots of room to spread out and you don’t have to worry about neighbors. Kids road bikes all over the black tops and on the adjacent trails.

Great for a big group. So much space. Easy waking access to the ice caves . Just remember to close the gate or some locals might try to share the spot.
