No way to get into the camping area

I paid in advance for 4 nights. Every day the gate was locked. I was never sent via paper mail the combination code as was instructed. The gate lock was a padlock. So I had no key. Totally ruined my only vacation of the year. Every access for help was unavailable or unresponsive. I expect a refund $160 promptly.

Very lovely site, quiet and lots of room. Directions to site could be clearer-- the sign for "Industrial camp" is where you turn.
