Drive to Olive Lake. Hike all the way around it. A beautiful way to spend the afternoon.

It was a great cabin fully stocked kitchen. There were a lot of people who stopped by for the tours but it was a holiday weekend. There was a broom/mop but next time I’d bring more cleaning supplies (toilet cleaner/multipurpose spray) as I only brought Clorox wipes. It worked but the place does need a good clean! Most of the lamps didn’t work (I think they need new lightbulbs) but all the overhead lights worked great!

Awesome place. Be sure to visit the little museum, the caretaker is very informative, some great history. Take a drive up to Olive lake ( about 8 mi away). Cool little lake with a 3 mi hike around the lake - great little hike.
