Cabin is well stocked, beautiful location. Google Maps give accurate directions right to it. Warming it up in the winter was tough but worth it.

Amazing! There were some signs of mice but expected in a remote mountain cabin. The cabin was very clean overall. The view from the porch cannot be beat and we saw some moose close by. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful quiet location between the mountains! Awesome 1937 log cabin with access to Boulder River, Fourmile Creek, and the Fourmile Trail right out the door. (The cabin is still signed as a “field station” with a gated entrance.) New stove was installed in August but the kitchen plywood counter is overdue for repair or replacement. There was still at least one mouse running around. Previous guests have left ample supplies- perhaps too many.
