Our favorite place to camp! Private, peaceful, clean. 1 bar of LTE service (Verizon), but no data. I was able to inconsistently send/receive SMS messages but no iMessages and no RCS.

I have been visiting cheoah point for 68 years. Never disappoints. Lots of wonderful memories. As long as I am able plan to visit again.

Great time but difficult to get into the lake to swim due to the erosion. There used to be to be some stairs but they no longer exist. Otherwise it was a fabulous experience.
