Was great as always. The cabin definitely needs some maintenance as some windows panes are broken out and cardboard and duck tape was the solution. Wood in the shed was not dry so we cut our own. Seems like lack of maintenance done on and around the cabin. Since the price has raised you would think there would be improvement or at least maintenance. Still one of our favorite spots and will be going again.

The cabin was infested in flys. I live in Montana and know there are flys this time of the year but this was horrible. I am not sure if something was dead in the cabin but the flys were so bad I had to leave a day early. I really wish the experience was better because I love this area and the cabin would have been awesome!

Bring your own lanterns, small propane bottles, extra toilet paper, rags and paper towels. Vacuum would help. Chimney sweep and firewood? I let the rangers know and hopefully they addressed it. The firewood was out when we left, gonna be a chilly winter.

It is a beautiful area. My dog had a great time until the cows showed up. Two of the four mattresses had gasoline spilt on them. The windows had the screens missing. The road was pretty rough. It took over an hour to get to the cabin. All in all I thought it was beautiful. I enjoyed it very much.
