We have been to Lake Isabel cabin several times and always enjoy it no matter the season. Great cozy place with everything you need, we look forward to our next visit in July.

Great cabin and experience. The only complaint was that the range was on self clean when we arrived and was so hot that we had to unplug it, it was literally hot to the touch.

This was our first time staying here, my husband, daughter and great granddaughter spending the night. My granddaughter and her husband stayed for the day which is nice because they live in Pueblo. We had a great time.

The review is for a four night stay, Oct. 10 - Oct 13, 2021. This is a lovely cabin, well equipped (has Keurig and drip coffee makers) and affordably priced. It's secure and has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a nice addition to a 1952 vintage cabin. The secure one car garage adjacent to the kitchen with lots of counter and storage space makes the slightly small kitchen very workable. The living room with its fireplace and large wood dining table was used a lot. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces both in the front and back yards. Fire ring and metal mesh sturdy picnic table in back was used for one meal. Parking for three cars is paved, flat and very safe to walk on, helpful for five senior adults. Firewood provided = A+. Helpful items that we brought: paper towel, zip-locks, lawn chairs, folding table, extension cords, LED lights (a bit dark in living room), area rug, portable propane grill, kitchen linens, cleaning cloths and long rubber gloves for pre-departure clean-up.
