I was never given a door code so could not access the lookout. Very disappointing. We tried to get in contact with recreation.gov for hours. I have yet to receive even a refund for my stay... Do not book this place, it is a scam.

There was no keypad door code in the reservation email so I wasn’t even able to get inside. I didn’t have any service at the lookout and the phone number for the call facility option wasn’t working when I did have service.
