Having privacy was especially nice. Not listening to other inconsiderate camper's dogs that bark for hours on end was a bonus. Fishing can be hit or miss but we did catch enough pan fish for a dinner. There are a number of good places to explore in the area, if the weather is bad. We went into Mio to check out the Antique stores, the Flea Market and the Amish hardware store. All good destination spots. We had also gone into Fairview to ride the train but unfortunately that is now closed. A trip to Ma Deeters, in Luzern was also on our to do list.

Very beautiful very private group campsite. Close to Wagner lake in walking distance. Will be booking again.

Chimney Loop campground was the perfect place for a weekend retreat. The campground was clean, our site was nicely shaded, flat, and very close to the beach area. Easy access for kayaks and beautiful lake to paddle. We enjoyed our stay!
