The moon rose between the huge spires across the street as the twilight shone on the rocks. Beautiful.

Love this 1934 cabin in Cave Creek Canyon. The view from the porch was amazing. My husband and I loved the location so we could go exploring the Chiracahuas. The cabin needs some maintenance but we still enjoyed our stay. You can feel the history sitting in that little stone cabin watching the deer pass by.

This is a perfect place to getaway and disconnect. It’s pretty rustic so bring your comforts from home including chairs for the front patio.

Great little cabin. Beautiful views. We hiked and did the nature trails in the canyon. The canyon is spectacular. Although we are not birders, we definitely enjoyed the beautiful birds that were present. We even saw a "Tom" turkey with his 17 hen harem walk right in front of the cabin. Only negative was the kitchen light was not working. Per the notes left in the cabin this light had been out for some time. We used a table lamp found in the bedroom to get us by.
