beautiful new cabin, furnishings, etc. Comfortable mattresses. Cool design on bunk beds, with lower bunk wider so someone in bottom bunk can get in and out of bed without bumping head, and sit on the edge without crouching. We had difficulty finding it. Assumed it would be nearer to the pass. No signs. We drove a mile or two south and finally found it. Maybe there were directions in an early email but we missed them.

Very clean cabin with great hiking, on and off trail.

The cabin was amazing and the view beautiful. When putting in door code we didn't understand that the box opened instead of the door unlocking. After a few phone calls we were able to talk to Todd and he explained how it worked. We will definitely stay again

Awesome cabin! Super clean, warm, great views, and well equipped. People so far and the BLM have taken great care of it and it's great we are still able to get new places like this. Road up was decent on the Idaho side, Montana side was closed in April. BLM staff was super helpful with any questions we had.

Super nice brand new cabin! The bottom bunks are queen size with very nice mattresses- no sleeping pad necessary, just bring a sheet! **There are no mugs, only plastic cups, so if you want a hot drink bring your on or bring some to leave at the cabin! There was a lot more snow than we expected which was nice. Be aware that the wood stove is very small and you'll need to get up often to reload or stoke it, but the cabin retains heat well! Be sure to split wood to replace what you used for the next person!
