Wonderful campsite. Water wasn't on but we had brought plenty.

This site is perfect for kids! The stream is shallow and fun to wade in. It was very clean and the bathrooms had just been cleaned before we got there. The only issue we had is that even though we reserved the whole site many people kept driving through and someone stayed the night. We didn't say anything since we were a small group and they went to the most secluded spot, we also saw them fill out an envelope and pay. Just something to be aware of since it's possibly unclear about the whole site being reserved with a group reservation. Over all an awesome place, the water works great you just have to pump it for a while.

The only downside is the water pump. The last two years we have stayed there and one of the hatch pins breaks. One year we fixed it with a bobby pin and this year we were able to use the same pin and bend it into place with plyers. There is no other water source, so maybe come with tools. The upside is everything else. We reserve the entire area for a long weekend campout for Girl Scouts. It is a nice area that has no other campers around, so we always feel safe.

Beautiful campsite, well kept, and very private. Be aware that trash was handled pack in/pack out when we visited, but that was previously communicated in an email from the USFS. The stream was slow and cold in October, but we still had fun dipping our toes and climbing on the logs. Lot's of great small trails and the main road for a night walk with flashlights. We had a school trip with elementary kids and it was nice to have the whole camp to run around, however, there were several other parties who pulled in looking for a campsite and ultimately ended up turning around, despite it saying reserved at the front gate.

The campground was wonderful. The sites across the stream are more private and if you want the group to be together they are far away. However, if you want some of the group to have more privacy they are nice. The sites closest to the stream have a lot of stream noise so put your light sleepers in other locations as the sound may bother them.

Our favorite group site! Always clean and well taken care of, plus such a beautiful location. There was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom this time, but that was the only downfall. Will still be back again next year for my work camp trip!

Very nice secluded spot, bathrooms clean and workers came in to check on bathrooms while we were there. But don't forget to shut the gate at the end of the driveway...We had numerous visitors after 10:30 and then again after midnight looking to camp there....
