Always love this cabin and the areas around it. Well stocked kitchen and closet of games and books. Cant recommend enough to bring more light - FAR more light - than you think you'll need as the space is really, really dark. No propane lights in dining area for eating, working puzzles or playing games. No lights in living room for reading or any of the same. The very few propane lights are just enough to make your way around. Crank up the old Coleman propane lantern. While no running water in the cabin, there is good spigot water available just 50 yards away at the intersection before the cabin driveway (when weather decent) and in the campground so you dont have to go far to refill (assuming it's still working during operational season). The spigot right there in the cabin driveway works during summer season but not full force.

It is a lovely place to stay. I would note that there are two double beds, and two twin beds. I would also note that there is no electricity, but the outdoor solar lights are great!

This was a wonderful surprise! It was so roomy, comfortable, well equipped, and full of very interesting history -- in a beautiful setting. We hope to return often! We were so grateful for the affordable price. (We usually cannot stay in cabins because of the expense, so this was definitely worth the responsibility of cleaning it before leaving.)
