The cabin is very fun. Rustic. Roomy. Better than a tent. We went twice in 2019. March and Sept. wood stove works well.

This was the second time we spent a week, about 12 years apart. It’s not for everybody. It has no water or electricity and it is very dark inside. Bring several lights. The couch is sagging and dirty. The sounds of the highway are loud. But the cabin is in the middle of the southern White Mountains with the nearby Swift River, waterfalls and mountains. Sleep in the back bedrooms and fall asleep to the sounds of the river and the wind. There is nothing like it.
