We experienced a major rain event and crossing the creek with 4WD was dicey, but we had a wonderful time. I wish the Forest Service would clear the privet between the camp site and the creek. You can’t see the water. It would enhance the appeal and decrease an invasive species.

This area has been camped in for so many years that there is little firewood convenient to the site for gathering. Your best bet is to contact a local supplier to deliver or supply some locally cut firewood.

The field was dry and clean. The outhouses were clean. It only rained one day but was cold for two days. Why won't they build a bridge over the creek?
