Spent two nights. Snow shoed up the trail from Billy Bob Snopark. Snow and a bit of rain. But the final night the stars came out and in the morning we could see Mt Hood, Mt Adams and Mt Rainier, as well as the fog over the Columbia Gorge. Wonderful. Cabin is in excellent condition. The best lookout we've experienced in Oregon.

The pulley system was awful. The metal basket weighed too much. The rope wasn't right. Absolutely beautiful location. I cherish the friend lookout towers we get to stay in.
