Excellent experience. It would be nice if the east and west facing windows had pull-down shades to block the glaring morning and afternoon sun. It got so hot, we had to place the fan in the door to circulate fresh air. While the door was open, a hummingbird flew in to check out the red fire extinguisher. Definitely will do this again!

Staying at the Fire Tower was a beautiful experience! Parking down below was easy, hiking in was easy, carrying 50 lb of stuff was difficult, but doable and totally worth once we arrived at the Tower and were greeted by three gorgeous, curious mountain goats. Loved the 360 degree inside/outside remarkable views. Great experience, highly recommend!
