What a gem! Easily the nicest FS cabin we have been to. The grounds are well cared for as well. Very clean minus the mice droppings in window sills. Bring your bug spray and keep food in hard container - the mice came out to play at night and left their evidence but we never saw them. We really loved staying here.

The location and hence the scenery is absolutely magnificent in mid October. Watching the weather incessantly changing in the distant northwest Glacier National Park mountains was a constant source of delight and wonder. Stunning. But, amidst all the grandeur, sleep was still an agenda item. This rating of 4 of 5 stars was due solely to that part of the experience.....bring a mattress topper if you have the means.
