Our Views on Helping Campgrounds & Operators

Outdoor hospitality operators, you are running some of the most complex businesses in travel.

You are managing guest expectations, land, lodging, utilities, staff, maintenance, pricing, reservations, reviews, local regulations, and seasonality. In many cases, you are doing this with small teams, older systems, and fewer resources than hotels, vacation rentals, or larger travel brands.

At the same time, the way guests discover and book outdoor experiences continues to change. They search on Google, browse maps, ask friends, use OTAs, follow influencers/creators, read reviews, compare photos, and increasingly rely on AI tools to help plan their trips. The guest journey is becoming more fragmented, but the expectation is becoming simpler: they want to find the right place, understand what they are booking, trust the information, and reserve with confidence.

That is the gap we want to help close.

OutReserve is being built to make outdoor hospitality easier to discover, operate, and understand. We believe operators need more than another booking channel. They need better distribution, cleaner data, clearer benchmarking, stronger trust signals, and practical tools that help them make better decisions. That way we can support guest expectations better and help create delightful experiences.

This is where we want to help.

We want to help operators show up in more of the places where travelers already plan trips. That includes traditional search, destination pages, AI powered discovery, partner channels, and new forms of travel planning that are emerging quickly.

We want to help improve the quality of information guests see before they book. Site details, amenities, rules, policies, photos, availability, pricing, and location context all matter. Better information helps guests make better choices and reduces confusion for operators.

We want to help operators understand performance in context. Occupancy, ADR, booking windows, cancellations, demand shifts, regional trends, and seasonality are all more useful when they can be compared against the broader market. Outdoor hospitality should have better benchmarking and better decision support.

We want to help independent and regional operators compete more effectively. Not every campground has a large marketing team, a revenue management department, or a custom data stack. Better tools should not only be available to the largest operators.

The goal is not to tell operators how to run their business. You already know your properties, guests, teams, and local markets better than anyone.

The goal is to bring greater visibility, structure, and leverage to the parts of the business that are becoming harder to manage on their own.

Outdoor hospitality is already one of the most important categories in travel. But for too long, many of the tools serving this industry have been adapted from somewhere else, stitched together from hotel, property management, or generic booking software, without fully understanding how campgrounds, RV parks, outdoor resorts, and cabins actually operate.

This category deserves better infrastructure. It deserves better data. It deserves better distribution. And it deserves tools built specifically around the realities of outdoor hospitality, not retrofitted around them.

That is what we are building toward with OutReserve.

Making outdoor hospitality the best-run industry in travel starts with helping operators run with better information, better tools, and better access to demand.

So, how can we help?
