The dry weight is 3140 lbs, and we recommend a vehicle that can tow 5000 lbs as a safe buffer. Our V6 Toyota Tacoma (shown in the photo) easily handles a tow. -Fresh linens are provided, and the kitchenette is stocked with essential cooking utensils. Enjoy the outdoor awning area, beach rug, and chairs included! - Gas Generator is available as an add-on purchase of $50 per night. Has wheels and a handle for easy transport as well as a remote start capability. Operates quietly, which keeps your camping neighbors happy! -Delivery is available upon request within 60 miles for an additional cost. Your pets are welcome! If you choose not to empty the Grey or Black water tanks, then you may add the $150.00 dump fee to have us dump the tanks. If, for any reason, the tanks are not emptied, this fee will be charged automatically.
