From the ashes of Suunny arises The Phoenix 2026 Thor Omni Trail R36 Bunkhouse built on a Ford F600 4x4 chassis with 6.7l Turbo diesel. 400 HP and 900 ftlbs of torque with a 10 speed automatic transmission and engine braking system. Coach has a speed limiter and will top out at 75mph, plenty of speed for a 22K pound house going down the highway. This is a very advanced coach, if you have not rented or driven an RV before this may not be a good first time coach to rent. Coach is 40 feet long and is 4 wheel drive. With the overhead bunk and bunk beds it can sleep 6 very comfortably and if you add the pull out couch and dinette 10 is possible. It is a 50 Amp coach with 2 AC units and a house refrigerator. It has one whole wall slide out on the driver's side with a good size kitchen and double sink. There is one bathroom with a shower and a lot of storage. Coach has a whole house water filter and instant hot hot water tank. Main sleeping area has a King bed with a TV and multiple closets and drawers for clothing along with 2 wireless chargers. Overhead bunk is approx queen size with a TV and a hard sided roll up shade with a panoramic viewing window. Outside has a 30 foot Awning, Television and outside sink and refrigerator. Auto leveling system is quick and easy. Diesel generator. 22 inch blackstone skillet included for use. 5G internet included with rental. 100 gallon fresh water, 75 gallon gray and black tank and 33 gallon propane. All linens for 4 beds, pots and pans, utensils, keurig coffe maker, toaster, paper towels and bathroom tissue included in rental. 4 fold out chairs included also. Entire coach is run from touch screen as well as a phone with a quick download of app. Stationary rental where I drive to your site, set up the coach, purchase your groceries of needed,then pick it up when you are done from venues like Barrett Jackson, PIR, Waste management, Arabian horse show etc preferred. You show up, live in it and leave, just like an AirbnB or VRBO. Rates for stationary rentals are a flat $250 a day No festivals will be allowed, please don't ask.
