Please contact owner to discuss trip plans if destination is not a regular campground. This motorhome is perfect for trips with the family or a group of friends! The rear bedroom provides a new memory foam queen size bed for extra comfort, a full bathroom off the main bedroom, a large L-Shape couch that can easily fit two adults or three children, and a convertible bed from the dining table that in all allows sleeping up to 6 to 7 people. There is plenty of entertainment inside and out as well, with a TV in the living, bedroom, and an outdoor TV. The kitchen has a fridge, three burner range, overhead microwave, plenty of counter space, and overhead cabinets. The RV is ready for a comfortable stay with added features such as a fireplace that can be used with or without the heat on, an extra half bathroom for guests, and a hand shower unit outside. Outside there is a large, powered awning. This unit also has a large heating system and two AC units. The RV comes with all the plates, utensils, and other necessities needed that will allow you to take off from the pickup or delivery location straight to your destination. Kitchen set-up has coffee machine, toaster, cups, plates, mugs, silverware, cookware, utensils, dish soap, sponge, bowls, paper towels & garbage can/bags. Bathrooms includes bath & hand towels and hand soap. Toilet tablets/liquids and special RV toilet paper, water & sewer hoses, electrical cord are included. RV is 50 amp. Heater works on propane only. A/C and microwave will work with electric power or with a generator. Refrigerator works both on propane and electric. RV is expected to be returned in CLEAN condition or additional $200 interior cleaning fee will be charged. Black/grey holding water tanks must be emptied, fuel & propane must be returned full. Smoking inside is not allowed (if evidence of smoking is present $1500 odor fee will be charged). Trips outside of USA are not allowed. Damages: you are responsible for all damages caused by your wrong handling. Insurance deductible is $1500 for basic, we require preferred insurance which is a $500 deductible andcovers the interior. Bridge tolls - $7. *Coach should be returned in the same condition as when picked up. Please empty trash, clean dishes, strip beds and pile laundry on queen bed.
