Our goal is to empower you to create unforgettable memories by streamlining the rental process and providing a clean, sanitized trailer for each booking. Our luxurious trailer is equipped with an array of amenities, including: - Military & First Responders discount offered - Modern and spacious kitchen layout - Slide out, to add more room for guest. - Pull out sofa for 1 more guest preferably child - Queen size bed with an extra cushion to add comfort. - Bathroom with a shower. - Designated toilet paper. - Linens for the bed and pillows - 3 shower towels. - Cooking pans. - Keurig coffee machine. - Utensils, 4 spoons, 4 forks and 4 butter knife and 2 steak knives. - Measuring cups - Can opener - Electrical awning with appealing blue lights at night time. - Outside speakers. Also available to add-on to the rental fee are an optional: - 3500 inverter generator Here is a brief list of requirements and rules: - Local rentals have a 2 night minimum. - Trips over 30 miles have a 4 night minimum and the delivery fee may vary. - Pick up, delivery and drop off times may vary; as such, we're flexible with renters. - $500 refundable security deposit. - Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid drivers license. - Tow vehicle must be equipped to handle the type of trailer you are renting and must have a brake controller. Must tow at safe posted speed and obey state traffic laws. - No pets: If pet hair is found a $150 fee will be applied. If pet feces or urine is found a $500 fee will be applied - No smoking: if there is an order or evidence found a $500 fee will be applied. - No Desert Destinations - No Festivals or Burning Man - No roof access If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! - Art & Victoria Rivera
