This easy-to-tow tiny, yet spacious treasure, is the perfect size for your traveling needs. With its full-size bed, bunk beds and dining table that converts to a 5th bed, your family will sleep cozy and comfortably. Enjoy the convenience of kitchen amenities; stove, microwave, sink, coffee pot, dishes, food storage containers, utensils, pots, pans, dish towels/sponge, and cleaning supplies. The restroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, and vent. Bedding and pillows for each bed are included. There is lots of storage space, under the full-size bed, the dining chairs, the bunk beds, and in overhead cabinets. The 10' awning provides protection from the outdoor elements. Bring your towels and extra linen, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, and television, if you wish. The 4.7-gallon propane tank, leveling jacks, 25-gallon gray and black water tanks, battery power converter, pre-wiring for air conditioning, heat, cable, and television antenna, water heater tank, and radio all make camping and traveling convenient. LET ME KNOW AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR RENTAL IF YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING ADD ONS (FAILURE TO INFORM ME WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME WILL RESULT IN NON-PROVISION): FREE- 2-5/16 regular hitch with a 2-inch or 4-inch drop- specify (A customary fee will apply to replace this item if un-returned items).
