****** NON SMOKING UNIT**** Ready for a vacation or a road trip? Our RV is very clean, easy to drive and ready to get you where you want to go. We love getting out of the house and simply going any where. This RV is large enough to accommodate a family of 6 comfortably while short enough to fit in all state parks. The RV Features: Dual slide out (bedroom and dining area), which creates a great gathering area. Sleeps 6 comfortably 2 above the cab, 2 in the dining area, and 2 in the queen bed. There are 2 TVs, one in the main living area and one in the master bedroom. Kitchen area has full sink, stove, conventional microwave, full size fridge and freezer. Private bathroom with locking door in back of RV. Water heater which provides hot showers. Awning with LED lights and speakers. Enjoy music inside and out. One touch operation system to operate slides, lights, awning ect. Heat and AC, for any climate. Included Upon Request: -Coffee pot (Mini One Cup Kureg) -Out Door Rug -Basic utensils, BBQ utensils and cook wear (upon request) -RV safe toilet paper- Included Always -Mattress protector sheet on bed, Included Always We are pet friendly (additional deposit of $300 and extra $25 per night) Clean interior prior to return, (back to condition it was rented) If excessively dirty quote will be generated for cleaning. Excessive dirt on exterior will be also given a cleaning quote. Empty both black and gray tank prior to return (deposit will be forfeited if not emptied prior to return $500) Fill gas and propane tanks to the same level which they were provided (if not the charge to refill will be added to check out) Early check in available on request (please inquire about fee and to confirm check in time) Deep clean after every use, clean per CDC guidelines. Before you arrive I will make sure that the RV is clean and full with -Fuel -Propane - Fresh Water Optional ***Returning the RV*** To receive your full deposit back 1. Please return the RV in same clean condition as you received it 2. With a full tank of fuel 3. Empty the grey and black waste tanks 4. No damage to RV If you are in a rush and are unable to return the RV cleaned, full of fuel and with the tanks emptied there will be additional fees applied. $300 cleaning fee * A pet cleaning fee of $25 will be charged if you bring a dog. $300 dump fee I will only charge for the cost to refill the fuel tank ***NOT ALLOWED*** No Smoking No Roof Access No Towing Please no outdoor equipment (bikes, surfboards etc. inside the unit, Bike rack is available upon request) RV must not leave the USA ***No Burning Man***
