Burning Man Fee 5500$ plus nightly rate- includes cleaning after the event and prep. This modern and compact travel trailer is lightweight and easily towable by most SUVs and trucks! Other features: -queen bed -convertible dinette -spacious rear bathroom -full kitchen that includes 2 burner stove, microwave, and refrigerator -electric fireplace -power awning -bluetooth/USB stereo system -vinyl floor -LED interior lighting Fully stocked: linens, blankets, towels, pillows, dishware, pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, cutlery, cutting board, and RV safe toilet paper *linens provided for 3 day minimum rentals* Don't want to deal with the stress of setting up? We happily offer delivery AND setup. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your getaway! Please inquire with the dates so we can coordinate appropriately Pets allowed on approval. We are very pet friendly and do not charge a pet fee, however if there is pet hair left behind an additional 100$ fee will be applied to the standard cleaning fee as this takes a very long time to clean. Required upon return: -grey/black tanks emptied (100$ charge if not brought back empty) -propane tank filled to pick-up level (10$/gallon for us to re-fill) -cleaned prior to return (150$ cleaning fee applied if returned dirty) -no smoking (1000$ fee plus loss of security deposit if smoke residue found) All RVs are equipped with GPS tracking for security purposes. Please note if dropped off past 11am, there will be a one-day charge. *All reservations require a signed SRA (supplemental rental agreement) prior to departure* Feel free to message me prior to booking with any questions you might have!
