Built on a Ford Transit All-Wheel Drive chassis, this compact Class B+ RV is ready for national parks, road trips, and everything in between! Other Features: -queen murphy bed -full bathroom with spacious shower -2 burner propane stove -convection microwave -double door 12V refrigerator -pantry storage -vinyl floors -swivel captain chairs -power awning -back-up camera *pickup time is flexible depending on availability* Fully stocked: linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dishware, pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, cutlery, cutting board, Keurig, and RV safe toilet paper *linens provided for 3-day minimum rentals* Don't want to deal with the stress of setting up? We happily offer delivery AND setup! All you have to do is show up and enjoy your getaway! Please inquire with the dates/time so we can coordinate appropriately. -FREE delivery to Beals Point Campground at Folsom Lake! -Sacramento Airport, Rollins Lake, Auburn Gold Country RV Resort-200$ delivery fee Pets allowed on approval. We are very pet friendly and do not charge a pet fee, however if there is pet hair left behind an additional 100$ fee will be applied to the standard cleaning fee as this takes a very long time to clean. Required on return: -grey/black tank emptied (100$ charge if not brought back empty) -propane tank/fuel tank filled to pick-up level (10$/gallon for us to re-fill) -cleaned prior to return (250$ cleaning fee will apply if brought back dirty) -no smoking (1000$ fee and forfeiture of security deposit if smoke residue found) -no burning man (20,000$ fee plus nightly rate if taken to burning man) All RVs are equipped with GPS tracking for security purposes.
