RV overview
This trailer is virtually still new! We purchased the trailer in early 2023 for a one year trip around the U.S. from July 2023-August 2024. There are three of us and a dog. It is fully equipped, comfortable and cozy with tons of storage. Inside: Private bedroom with queen bed, dinette converts into a double bed plus two bunks. Mattress foam/gel toppers for queen bed, dinette and one bunk or two bunks are provide for extra comfort. Bedroom has under bed storage, three closets and overhead storage, plus TV. Pillows, sheets, and blankets are provided. Heating and AC. Full kitchen, with sink, fridge, oven, gas stove and microwave. Overhead storage above the dinette and sink. Cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes and basic kitchen accessories included. Cleaning supplies are stored under the sink. Full bathroom with sink, medicine cabinet, toilet and shower. Built-in cubbies for easy towel storage. Controls for slide out, awning and main light switches are in the entry. Full size closet in entry. Mounted TV in main living area. Circuit breaker/fusebox located at the bottom of entertainment cabinet. Two pull out drawers under dinette for even more storage. Outside: Slide out, awning, mount for TV or screen, speaker system, outdoor shower, electric outlets. Outdoor prep kitchen with sink and mini fridge to the left of the entry. Screen door with double lock for added security. There is a large pass through storage in the front and three more locked storage bins in back and sides. Full hook-up accessories are provided (hoses, electrical cords, adaptors, etc.) Basic tools, blocks, jack and leveling kit included. Sway bar system, two batteries and trailer connections are installed. Two generators with fuel are included if you are boon docking. If needed, Starlink antenna can be provided for internet and satellite TV service, at an additional fee. Otherwise renter is responsible for own home internet. We are renting for long term only. Minimum duration is 14 days and maximum is 6 months. If a longer stay is desired, an additional security deposit will be required and potentially a lease agreement. Pets are welcome for a small non-refundable fee. Tow vehicle must be capable of at least 10,000 lb. dry.
