BONUS sleeping space on the tri-fold sofa and the XL booth dinette (40"). 2 TVs one in the living area and one is the Master room. USB ports located in every room even the bunk bed area. There are 2 options to cook, either in the FULLY equipped indoors kitchen and or use the outside kitchen that also includes an exterior refrigerator. Outdoor entertainment is equipped with 2 speakers and powered awning and lighting to help set the mood. Delivery options vary (contact owner), will not allow RV to be taken or set up at any dunes or off-roading (paved preferred). 2 entry ways allows you to keep the front living space closed and the back door open making it easy access to the bathroom. Amenities included: NEW weber bbq portable propane pit pots and pans, dinnerware for 6, kitchen towels, bbq utensils. 12 cup coffee pot, filters, drinking cups for 8. garbage bags included 2 Xday, dish soap/sponge. linen for bunk beds and king bed 6 standard pillows and pillow cases, light blankets for bunks and king bed (MUST BRING OWN SHOWER TOWELS) 4 lounge chairs and portable table (table cloths included) 2 TVs, one in living room and one in Master bedroom check in 3pm to 5pm (flexible) check out 12 noon (flexible)
