2022 Momentum 25 G ***No Burning Man *** *Has lithium batteries and 300 watts of solar with 2000 watt inverter. *Onan 4000 watt generator, 30 gal fuel station with pump to fill toys. *Motorcycle wheel chalk installed. *Sleeps 6 adults *has rear patio deck. * Full kitchen (double sink, full refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave) * Full bath (sink, vanity, shower, toilet) * 4 LED TV's (main cabin, each bunk bed and rear bedroom) * Full dinette with booth seating * Outdoor shower * Powered awning with LED lights * Outdoor speakers connected to bluetooth interior speakers, can play interior/exterior or single zone if desired * 2 Slides for extra room * Easy to setup and breakdown * All campsite hookup accessories included (cords, water hoses, sewer hose, etc.) *RV Sewer tanks will be empty at pick up and required to be dumped at drop off, we can dump for you for $75.00 charge. *RV fresh water tank will be full at pick up unless requested otherwise** Sorry, NO Smoking (Anything)****Pets allowed with added deposit**** No linens (bath or bed)****Security/Damage Deposit required****Must be at least 25 years old****NO BURNING MAN****No out of country trips** ALL APPROVED FESTIVALS WILL HAVE A SET PREMIUM ADDED TO THE RENTAL COST, MUST BE APPROVED.** Additional rental charges include vehicle prep, insurance and mileage (100 miles/day free, additional mileage will be .60 cents per mile. Generator use will include (4) hrs daily and $5.00 per hour for additional use. Propane tank will be full at delivery and must be returned full or we can do it for you for a $50 fee plus cost of propane used. We also offer 24 hour phone assistance while you are on your adventure. Delivery, set-up and pick up is also available for this unit for an additional fee. Before every departure your unit will go through a full maintenance check, a very thorough cleaning and a show thru Additional Fees * Refill propane if not returned filled $50 * Refill fuel station if not refilled $50 * Excessive odor cleaning fee $200-500 * $75 fee if tanks not dumped / cleaned ***Festival fee $1500 on top of base rate upon approval no Burning man*****
