*Available For Delivery Only* This travel trailer is fully upgraded with all amenities ready to go camping! Trailer sleeps 4 adults comfortably. The love seat pulls out into a full size bed. We purchased this travel trailer with intentions of taking it out frequently, but have not had the time to enjoy it at all due to other obligations. Therefore we are now listing it for others to use and fully enjoy this trailer. Minimum booking is 3 nights. If you need it longer than 30 days, please message me first with details and we could potentially negotiate a discounted rate. It has a king size "memory foam" bed with plenty of room to maneuver around inside the trailer with touch activated LED lighting in all rooms, HD flat screen TV, wall mounted indoor/outdoor speakers, extra large retractable awning, central air A/C, stainless appliances and large capacity fridge/freezer combo. Two large slide outs that open up the kitchen and the living room into a very comfortable living space that feels like you are camping in a luxury condo! If you like to camp in style and comfort, this is the perfect trailer for you! The RV is available for delivery only to be parked and not towed. The trailer will come with two 16 lb propane tanks for your use to power the stove and water heater, however, you will need to fill the tanks based on your needs. Or you can bring your own propane tank and use. A few pounds will last about a week. An inventory of items will be conducted at the beginning and end of the rental period. Also note, this rental does not come with a gas generator. Inventoried items inside the trailer: 1. Waterproof mattress cover 2. Silverware set for four (spoons, forks, butter knives, steak knives) 3. 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 coffee mugs, 4 drinking glasses 4. Keurig coffee maker 5. Non stick cookware (3 skillets, 3 pots with lids, small/med/large) 6. Can opener 7. Bottle opener 8. Cutting/chopping knife 9. Stainless spatula, spoon, ladel, strainer 10. Wire whisk 11. Mop/bucket and broom/dust pan 12. 13 gallon trash can 13. Dump station hoses and connectors 14. Fresh water hose with filter 15. (2) 16 gallon propane tanks 16. (2) 12 volt batteries Toilet paper, air freshener, sponge/dish towel, dish soap, all purpose cleaner, trash bags, and 60 gallons in fresh water tank supplied on delivery. This trailer is turn-key ready to camp, all you will need to do is fill the provided propane tanks (or bring your own tank) if you require heat, hot water, or stove use. ***A $75 cleaning fee will be assessed if the trailer is not returned in the same clean condition as when it was delivered. All cleaning supplies are provided inside the trailer for your use. Please be sure to thoroughly clean the kitchen to include stove, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, and floors and removal of all trash. I will dump the waste tanks for you free of charge, thank you for your assistance in helping me keep the trailer in good condition!***
