FEATURES: -Smart TV -Slide out dinette -Electric awning with LED lights -Heater -AC -Kitchen sink -Microwave -2 burner gas range -Full size refrigerator with freezer -Full size private bathroom with shower -Plenty of storage - Solar Panels INCLUDED WITH RESERVATIONS: - Kitchen Basics ( pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, can opener, paper towels, cleaning supply tote and dish soap) -Linens ( Fitted sheet, flat sheet, a comforter, 2 pillows, youth sleeping bags for bunk beds, fitted sheet, flat sheet and blanket for dinette. -Bathroom supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash) -Leveling ramps and blocks -1 full 20lb propane tank ALSO AVAILABLE BY REQUEST: - Hitch and sway bar set up $100 -Generator $25/per night ( unlimited hours, use your own gas) -Late Drop-off or Early Pick-up $50 ( must coordinate with us to make sure its available) -Pets allowed for $25/night/pet WHAT YOU WILL NEED: - You will need a tow package on your vehicle that includes a trailer brake controller, 2-51/16" tow hitch and 7-pin round plug. -Cleaning fee of $50 is required for cleaning and disinfecting of the trailer -If the trailer is returned in an excessively dirty condition it will result in a ($100) additional charge from the security deposit. -the propane tank must be returned full or there will be a ($50) fee added
