Thank you for considering our second home! (Please be sure you have a round 7-pin connector & trailer brake controller installed in your tow vehicle. Sorry, no deliveries.) Our 2021 travel trailer has been awesome for us over the summer & fall of 2020. The U-shaped dinette slide-out makes it feel big & roomy & the additional love seat gives everyone some elbow room. We love the modern grey interior & black windows combined with the light walls & ceilings. The electric fireplace & blower are great to keep it cozy when you don't want to run the full hot air system. Run it without heat for a nice ambiance too. The queen bed is ultra comfy with foam toppers but not too squishy soft either. The 21" Vizio smart TV & King WiFiMax wireless router we installed are pretty handy too. Love the factory Furrion head unit with two speakers inside & two more outside under the awning. Easy Bluetooth connection to phone or other music source. Pin is 0000 (shhh-ha) The 10.7 cu. ft. fridge is great also. Nice & big, fully electric. It just works. Three burner gas stove is great for indoor cooking. There will be a flashlight & a headlamp so if you have to muck about outside you're still hands free. A minimal toolkit will help keep you moving if anything comes up. There is fresh linens & pillows for the queen bed in the front bedroom, with 4 towels & washcloths. 2 sleeping bags & additional pillows for the fold out loveseat & dinette. Also a foam topper for the dinette for added comfort. 4x camp chairs, 21" gas griddle & camping grill w/ camp size gas cans. The 12'x16' outdoor carpet is as big as the awning & helps a lot with keeping the camper floor (& toes) clean. All hoses, etc included of course. Kitchen stocked for 4 with plates & cups & real cutlery, pots & pans. 4 mugs & a cup coffee maker & filters included. Spices too. At least one of the two propane tanks will be completely full, keeping your hot water & heating system running. The two deep cycle batteries will give you 30-36 hours off grid if that's your gig but without A/C, outlets or microwave. Lights & fridge will run. Broom, dustpan, Swiffer, Dust-Buster. Toaster - 2 slice Well behaved pets welcome! The smaller the better of course. Please bring it back as clean as you got it. We'll provide cleaning supplies of course. If we deliver & pick-up there is a $35 dumping fee (unless you've had full hook ups & did it before we arrive). If you travel with the trailer & return it with full tanks we must add $100 (total $135) for us having to do it. We're always flexible on delivery, pick-up, drop off times so please let us know if you need extra time for safe travels or for dumping. We'll wait!
