Includes 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed (full), 1 dining table bed (full-size), and large above-cab sleeping area. Everything you need for an awesome RVamping experience is included, and a few extras. Just bring your own food, drinks, clothes, toiletries, etc. PICK-UP AND RETURN TIMES ARE VERY FLEXIBLE. PLEASE IGNORE THE TIMES IMPOSED BY THE WEBSITE PARAMETERS. Other cool features: *Auto-leveling system *3 TVs, including one outdoor, w/ cable hook-up, CD & DVD players *Full kitchen, w/ microwave, propane oven and stove-top, and medium-size fridge/freezer (runs on the 12-volt batteries) *Partial outdoor kitchen, with a small fridge, table, and sink *Ample storage space, within RV and under *Back-up camera, side turning cameras, and tow hitch *50-gallon freshwater tank, 6-gallon water heater, propane tank, AC, heater *4 ceiling fans *Generator (unlimited usage) Included Extras: coffee maker, linen/bedding, towels (bath & kitchen), kitchenware & utensils, cooking & baking equipment, rugs (indoor & outdoor), camping chairs, toaster, blender (for late-night margaritas [Yum!]), mixer, etc. All Extras should be returned in the same condition as when rented...within reasonable wear-and-tear. Minor replacement fees will be charged for anything missing or significantly damaged.
